We roast all online orders once a week on Wednesdays, and ship out on Fridays. Orders received by 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be roasted and shipped that Friday. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will roast and ship by the following Friday. Please note: Holidays (and Cyber Monday) may delay our turn around times by one or two days.
