This coffee is from a group of farmers at the Shyira washing station in Nyabihu, and this is a special project bringing more focus on and support for farmers to produce the best possible coffees they can, taking away the standard focus on quantity over quality. This allows people to have the tools they need to implement the best practices in all stages of the process and gives roasters like us some amazing coffee to share with you all!
